Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

Since Tantra operates exclusively as an online platform, customers are requested to carefully review product images, descriptions, dimensions, and specifications before placing an order.

• Exchange requests based on personal preferences, fitting issues, comfort, color expectations, change of mind, or any similar reasons will not be accepted.
• Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be exchanged for another design, color, size, or product.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

1. The customer has received a completely wrong product that differs from the item ordered.
2. The customer has received a product that is significantly damaged during transit.

Mandatory Requirements for Return Approval

To claim a return for a wrong or damaged product, the following conditions must be strictly fulfilled:

1. An uninterrupted 360-degree package opening video is mandatory.
2. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened for the first time.
3. The product and any damage or discrepancy must be clearly visible in the video.
4. The claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
   Claims submitted without an opening video will not be considered.
   Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return approval.

What Does Not Qualify as Damage

The following situations do not fall under our return policy:

• Minor stone fall-offs.
  
• Pearls or beads coming loose.
  
• Slight looseness in components.
  
• Minor variations in color, finish, texture, or appearance due to lighting and screen settings.
  
• Issues related to comfort, fitting, weight, or personal preference.
  
• Change of mind after receiving the product.
  
• Normal wear and tear after usage.
  
• Any damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, improper storage, or usage.
  

As our products are handcrafted and delicate in nature, minor stone or pearl displacements may occasionally occur during transit and do not qualify as manufacturing defects or damaged products.

Return Approval Process

Once the required video and details are received, our team will review the claim.

If the claim is found genuine and meets all policy requirements, the return will be approved.

Tantra reserves the right to accept or reject any return request after verification.
Decisions made after verification shall be final.

• Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  
• Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging to ensure it arrives in good condition.
  
• Shipping: Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
